joined us. Deborah has extensive experience in systems and office/financial
management and will be coming on board to update and manage our day to day
business. She brings unique skills as a fully qualified and chartered
metallurgist so further broadening our skills set.

With an MSci degree in Geology and Geoscience, Andrew will be adding his
valuable skills to our growing team.
After several months of development Discovery CE
Limited has rolled out the 5D software system as developed by James Nelson and
Pete Smith. 5D has already provided enormous benefit in time savings and
removing errors from data management and querying; speeding up both
geotechnical and contaminated land assessments.
Discovery CE Ltd (DCE) welcomes a new recruit Mike
Forrester. Mike will be joining our existing ground investigation and
assessment team. He has a BSc (Hons) in Geology and a post graduate certificate
in Engineering Geology.
Discovery CE Ltd (DCE) is delighted to announce that
we are now part of the select consultancy panel of the Environment
Agency‘s National Contaminated Land Consultancy Framework (NCCF). We
tendered for the work with Hyder Consulting (UK) Ltd and came second in the
panel of the six organisations on the NCCF. We will be primarily covering the
Midlands region for Hyder but will also be offering help and advice across the
whole of England and Wales.

DCE has undertaken detailed environmental due diligence
work for our client IM Properties PLC in its bid to buy the prestigious Hub
site in Witton, Birmingham, UK. DCE inspected and reviewed thousands of pages
of data and reports relating to site clearance/demolition, contaminated land
and groundwater and provided a series of plot specific audit reports to allow
IM Properties PLC to secure funding and ultimately buy the
