Discovery CE have been working with Elan Homes on a site in Bewdley, the proposed development comprising of 89 No. units including a mixture of detached and semi-detached houses and short terraces.
The scope of works involves 2No. days dynamic sampling and 1 No. day for infiltration testing. An additional 2 No. days of infiltration testing was carried out at the proposed location for the infiltration basin on the western boundary of the site adjacent to Stourport Road and Sandbourne Lane.
6 No. new gas and ground monitoring wells have been installed and 6 No. return visits are scheduled over 6 months.
