Discovery have been working closely with Lovell Partnerships Limited and Powerbetter at a sister site to Salters Road; Lynnsport1. Lovells had requested Discovery’s assistance with reviewing previous site investigations, estimates of earthworks cut and fill loadings and consolidation and immediate settlement estimations. This was then followed by a site investigation of our own, with a phase II interpretative report, GDR and Earthworks Specification soon to follow. This GAP assessment involved 8 No. machine excavated trial pits to a depth of 3m bgl and 10 No. CPTs (Cone Penetration Tests) to the Kimmeridge Clay Formation.
