HOUGHTON ROAD, HOUGHTON REGIS
Discovery CE routinely provide services for Housing Development Sites. This project in Houghton Regis was for a proposed one hundred plot development.
The company was commissioned by DSM Demolition Group to carry out a combined geotechnical and environmental site investigation, quantitative risk assessment, piling risk assessment, rock face stability assessment and prepare a remediation strategy & amp. This would also include subsequent validation by our engineers of the remediation at the site. A key consideration in the assessment of the site was the presence of a former landfill, the sensitive nature of the underlying aquifer and the adjacent lake.
Discovery CE was successful in obtaining regulatory approval on this complex site.
