DCE are back at Prospero Ansty Business Park to undertake a relatively simple Ground Investigation. McLaren have instructed Discovery to carry out a scope of works on Plots 3 and 5 in Ansty: 4 No. dynamic sample boreholes to targeted depths on each site. These boreholes will have gas and groundwater monitoring headworks installed to these targeted depths.
The borehole installations come after cut/fill earthworks that have been undertaken on both plots. Following on from 6 No. rounds of gas and groundwater monitoring over a period of 3 months for each plot. A factual report of the fieldwork combined with both a factual and interpretative report of the gas monitoring will be provided upon completion of the project.
