We are delighted for you to meet our team at Discovery. Established in 2005 by the two directors Peter Smith and Cathal Gillespie, DCE has only grown in reputation and size since our beginning. Over the last few years, we’ve had a wide range of personnel join and leave Discovery, a wealth of knowledge being shared and built on. We pride ourselves on our team’s expertise, specialist knowledge and communication skills with out clients and subcontractors.
